About Dave

I was born and raised in Kitchener/Waterloo and currently live in Waterloo with my wife and three children. I worked my way through University building homes for Frede Construction (a local custom home builder).

This experience has been invaluable to me as a Real Estate Salesperson, and is something I draw on every day. My greatest strength is the rapport I establish with my clients.

Whether looking at houses, meeting potential buyers, or negotiating an agreement, I use this strength to my clients’ advantage.
